Award Winning Author of "A Care Giver's Journey" and Toastmaster's International Accredited speaker, Karen Twichell, has been speaking on the topic of family care-giving across the nation for fifteen years.
Using techniques such as humor and stories of her own personal experience as the caregiver of many family members with cancer and Parkinson's Disease, Karen's main platform is to convey practical guidance and show family members how to make the job of being a caregiver easier and less stressful.
As an effective public speaker, Karen presents dynamic, energetic talks to both family caregivers and medical teams who support family caregivers helping them to work together.
