This workshop includes lunch so come hungry! During the three-hour workshop participants will explore the unique styles and processes of writing about food.
Carolynn Carreño is the main ingredient for this workshop recipe. A recognized food and travel writer whose work has appeared in the New York Times, Bon Appetit, and Travel & Leisure.
Blend in the co-hosts of F-10 Creative (owners of Cheeky's, Birba and the Alcazar Hotel) at their newest restaurant, Mr. Lyons
Whether you are a would-be restaurant reviewer or want to expand your writing to develop richer scenes and more descriptive vocabulary, you will enjoy this afternoon of tasting and writing.
