The problem is caused by AOL's cache settings. A browser's cache is designed to store website pages and graphics in your computer, to speed up load times. It is also supposed to check for newer files on the server, when you request specific pages, and replace the older cached versions with the updated pages. AOL's browser does not make this comparison properly, and that's why many of our AOL visitors are seeing outdated pages.Option 1 - Refresh/Reload: While looking at the desired page, simultaneously hold down the Ctrl key while mouse-clicking the Browser Reload icon, to refresh/reload the page. Option 2 - Clear The Cache: In the Internet Explorer window, click the Explorer or Edit menu. Click Preferences. Click Advanced. Click Empty Now. Click OK.
