Description of talk: What’s Your Problem? The One Thing All Books Need to Succeed and Where to Find It.
Are you done with a draft and wonder how to write a strong revision? Do you know what the most important ingredient in writing a good book is and where it should be found?
In this craft talk I discuss the most common reason that books fail to find representation and readership -- the one element needed to break out. I will tell the story of how we learned this lesson the hard way in graduate school from the famous New Yorker writer and premier American experimentalist Donald Bathelme.
After registering you will receive a zoom invitation to join the Zoom online meeting on the day of the event.
