Jacqueline Bachar Dear Members, It is with regret that I inform you that Jacqueline Bachar passed away recently. Jacqueline was a long-time member of the Palm Springs Writers Guild and at one point, a member on the Board. She lived in Rancho Mirage, loved writing and published: Life on the Ohio Frontier: A Collection of Letters from Mary Lott to Deacon John Phillips, 1826-1846. in 2000, won the Palm Springs Writers Guild Short Story Contest for her story "La Fete de la Vie," which was published in Palm Springs Life.
