Workshop Description:
No More Tears! Query Letter Writing

Want to learn how a New York literary agent lets you in the door?

            How your manuscript gets read?

How the process from query letter to book-in-hand works?

Register here today for Malaga Baldi’s workshop:

Who reads the query letter?
What goes into a query letter?
When do you write a query letter?
How do you write a query letter?
Why is it so important?

The workshop is a nuts & bolts informal and general discussion covering many publishing topics. Your query letter will be examined, critiqued, and professionalized. You’ll be ready to submit to agents after this workshop.

Move from “Print on Demand” to “Published and marketed by one of the Big Five or one of over 200 independent presses.”*  (John Kremer’s list of 101 Independent Presses and 101 Dependent Presses.)

·      A good query letter elicits a good agent.

·      A good agent gets a good publisher.

·      A good publisher gets attention in the marketplace.

·      Good marketing gets your book in stores and in readers hands.

So you see—it all starts right here.  Your great book has been written and edited. NOW--you write a great query letter and away you go.

Don’t miss this chance to see how far you can go with your manuscript. Sign up today and get a specified time to pitch your manuscript to Malaga Baldi, New York literary agent. Only people registered for the workshop can pitch at the Saturday general session.

After you register for the workshop, email and set up a specific five minute segment to pitch your project Saturday, December 1st, between 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
